Biography
Lawrence Olubukunade Adebajo is a Professor of Mycology and Food Microbiology with M.Sc. (Botany), 1982: Ph.D. (Microbology), 1988 degrees both from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His current research focus is on Microbial Interactions, Growth-Metabolism and Population Studies in Food and Allied Products with particular emphasis on public health. He has supervised several postgraduate research studies including two Ph.D. theses. He is, presently, working on microbial water relations and the application in controlling spoilage and production of hazardous metabolites. His hobbies are tennis and table tennis.
